TODAY... One Of Those Days I feel like I Am Utterly TRAPPED & IMPRISONED by my body, subjected to Torture, whilst Being Devoid Of All Personal Self & ZERO Enegry Inside To Even Sit Up On My Own...
Doesn't help that I woke up from More HORRIFIC NIGHTMARES for 7:30am Meds after another Strange & BAD Night... Now I'm POPPING CANDY BUZZING EVERYWHERE and I DO Mean EVERYWHERE -- and it's Horrible... And It Goes THROUGH ME -- Puts My Teeth And BRAIN On EDGE like it's trying to scrape the inside with a TENS Machine gone Wackadoodol in EACH CELL....
Also my ear is BLOCKED - AGAIN... And my eyes are barely seeing things clearly and looks like there's a 10-20% hazy grainy filter on them ...
... I am Over-Heated From The Inside, and the only reason I can actually counter that is to remain utterly freezing [to the touch; inside I feel actually normal].
I am Vacant. Scratchy On The Inside. SO SO SO Absolutely FREAKING... DONE IN.
Literally am not even able to go to the bathroom when I actually need to go, and just ignore it. For Days If Necessary... Because I literally cannot move.
I am Bed-Bound, or at least Room-Bound, now for most days, if not virtually ALL Days.
... Seriously, I Just Don't Know how else to word this DEEP ... Empty & VOID inside of... Ability To Move Or Even Breathe without The Most Enormous Effort...
This... SUPER DRAINED EXHAUSTION is Getting Seriously, Severely Out Of Hand.
DRIVING IT ... Is the Paresthesia Nightmare of PAIN that... Well, kinda isn't there. IT IS -- but it's not caused by anything in particular that's Musculoskeletal or an Injury (another reason that it's LAUGHABLE that Fibromyalgia is UNDER RHEUMATOLOGY, who SPECIALISE SPECIFICALLY IN Musculoskeletal issues [!!].... ) --
No -- it's NEUROPATHIC pain... and obviously should be under NEURO specialists... But No One has ever cared to CHANGE anything for the better for people with Fibromyalgia -- unlike its "Sister" condition ME-CFS, who have ALL KINDS of specialists & help in all kinds of corners. Heaven Forbid they hand it over to a department who could HELP or DO something about it...(!!)
And THIS is one thing that makes Fibromyalgia the MOST Unbearable... And Unable To Be HELPED Properly. Because your general Analgesia Meds from Paracetamol to Morphine Do ABSOLUTE JACK SHIT to help it.
Gabapentin & Pregabalin are prescribed to keep this as under control as is possible -- but it's like wrangling or herding cats, so sometimes it works, sometimes it's too out of control to get a handle on it whatsoever.
"Depression Meds" -- i.e. SSRI, Trycyclics like Duloxetine & Amitriptyline -- are purposefully given to help this, but they don't always work. Or -- if you're like me -- you CAN'T have them -- you don't really have much else that helps.
What Makes Mine Go SUPERNOVA Is The Weather. I keep a CLOSE eye on it because I HAVE to be PREPARED To Face To Worst, If The Weather, Air Pressure & Isobars Are Not Going To Be On My Side.
RIGHT NOW .... I am in PAIN... and the Isobars are showing to be awful...
And So... RollerCoaster Isobars Hell Continues...
