The PAIN in my Lumbar Spine has now become HORRENDOUS... It's actually making it difficult to breathe, let alone move..... And I'm maxed out on some serious painkilllers - ones badass enough to keep my Fibro Pain under control.
This is the area that's dented in (sometimes typically known as "Lordosis"), that's got rubbish disc/s from "wear and tear on the spine" when I was 13, which has caused me insurmountable PAIN ever since, until I was effectively paralysed.
So, I think I'm starting to get Concerned about it.... (??) Wondering actually if I might have actually Damaged It, now......?
And I'm not quite sure what to do about it - because going from that is asking the GP to look. Or send for an X-ray. Obviously - I don't want to do that.
However... The PAIN is getting ... PRETTY BAD now...
It's making me nauseated when moving in ANY Way At All. Even moving arms, while otherwise remaining basically stationary everywhere else. It's also making me feel really dizzy.
It's been going on for some time - I BANGED it up Really Bad at some point before, maybe in June ['24], and from then it's been VERY PAINFUL. To move, to breathe, to sit up in "My Spot" or be in the bed. It's harder to get to, and sit on, the toilet.
I've been in pain after falling backwards in a dead BlackOut in the past... But this one I think I SLAMMED Down Onto Something and it made it VERY Painful - even after it usually would have died down afterwards [before that initial... "injury"... happened].

June 7th -Smacked back SO BAD SO HARD when Blacked Out I Injured my Back /Spine BADLYe. Been too hard to manage ANYTHING. Lots of BlackOuts from IT, too. EXCRUCIATING AGONY 10,999 AND MORE. Right now I'm DONE IN FROM MOVING 3 tablets And a Diary book.

June 23rd[2:46am]Coming round from another MAJOR Drop Blackout... Major Buzzing, AGONISING PAIN... SLAMMED Backwards, so JARD & so much so, I vary well nearly could NOT get back up... But I managed, thank Gods...
And now I'm up...THE PAIN IS INSURMOUNTABLE.....And no one able to put Arnica stuff on me to help. Had BAD, VOVID Nightmares.... ... But Waking to an EVEN WORSE NIGHTMARE... IS REALLY SOMETHING I DIDN'T NEED.....
June 23 [2:23pm] - MAJOR BlackOut - Fell backwards & SLAMMED onto back - Again... could BEARELY Able To Move. JUST ABOUT Managed to Get Up by myself... it was HORRIFIC INSURMOUNTABLE AGONY OF PAIN
July 5th - ......The PAIN, AGONY & SCREAMING to get back up was intense & horrendous........Before that had came to from another one just after 1am but went off again immediately after.... This is RIDICULOUS.
Aug 10th - I'm SICK Of It... And I HATE it ... MAJOR MASSIVE BLACKOUT in the middle of playing SIMS... Just happed so IMMEDIATELY in a SECOND......There's even a sippy cup of coffee right next to my laptop, poised for the coffee I was going to drink when the BlackOut Came and SLAMMED me backwards... only my laptop bad, with everything else in it but the computer. Haven;et had Meds yet AND it's Meds night, aa well ..... The SHIT SHOW NIGHTS CONTINUE and I JUST CAN'T COPE ANYMORE...
Nov 8th - Blacked out whilst doing Music... Just came round... SCREAMING FUCKING AGONY - trying to get up off the floor where I slammed back on my spine was UNBELIEVABLY Brain Melting...... (!!!!)
Dec 5th - Blacked Out AGAIN before being able to have water out of bed , before going in.,,SLAMMED BACKWARDS... Not sure how much more spine can take. It's already showing itself to be very bad
So... Yeh.... It's obviously not been OK for a while - these are only a selection of All the times these things have happened.
Right now, I'm just simply trying to Process and Deal With the insurmountable PAIN my back is in - the entire spine and back, including neck, is AWFUL right now, but the Worst is obviously that lumbar area that really gets it the most.
Trying to take Afternoon Meds... And the PAIN IS BAD-BAD...
Paresthesia is OFF THE CHARTS, Back/Spine is making me FEEL SICK With PAIN, and really lightheaded and Dizzy....
